Why should this player be punished?: We drive past the fella whos walking on the highway with a gun on his back. MJ hops out the car to talk to him (idk why) and bro just starts shooting at us without as much as a hello exchanged. We slime him to which he disconnected whilst unconscious (source: ezza and matthew and the perpheads logs). Overall 2.5 for shooting at us for no reason, 3.4 for walking on the highway for no reason and 3.20 for disconnecting whilst on a red screen and mid rp scene!

2.5, 3.4, 3.20 - The user was walking on the highway for no reason. When another player stepped out to check on him, he decided to open fire on the players vehicle for no valid reason. When the user was shot down, he disconnected while unconscious.
