Why should this player be punished?: My org and I raided Slums Warehouse where this incident occurred; both users were killed in the raid. waller1 returned as a cop to the same raid where he died, and jiggyT returned as a civilian to flank the raid where he died. The two users also encountered each other and had a conversation. Due to several rule violations, I died and lost weapons worth approximately 300k.

well once the officer said leave I left, my nlr had been up 5-6 minutes prior to me even being there i didnt know it was a issue by returning to my base and hearing tons of gun shots to try and get into the base, but if needed I can just give them all the guns back/money. I had no clue bobby was even coming back as an officer so I cant speak on that part but he did tell me to follow behind him just in case as I was on the sidewalk/hill down from pd so I did that and got a gun on the floor, ran back once I seen the outside portion was fully clear of anyone.. everyone also seemed pretty chill about the situation and said ggs other then this report made but like i said if its a big deal I can easily give them what they lost back I dont have a problem with that

I am not the admin here who investigates rule violations, but you are definitely breaking rule 3.5 New Life Rule (NLR) since you return to the same raid and finish it even though you died in it. The same applies to your org member. As you claim in your message (he did tell me to follow behind him just in case as I was on the sidewalk/hill down from the police station, so I did that and got a gun on the floor), this confirms a rule violation. However, according to your statement, you are also breaking rule 3.4 (Putting Your Life at Risk) because you confirm hearing gunshots, go there, and then even pick up a weapon from the floor in the middle of the raid, even though the raid was obviously ongoing, and even in front of a police officer (your organization member). You even aimed your weapon despite the police officer being in front of you, and your friend (a cop) obviously did nothing about it because neither of you wanted to lose the raid, which you had essentially already lost since I killed the last three organization members and the last cops.

i completely agree we broke 3.5, didnt realize til after I did it but as far as 3.4 goes I believe i grabbed the gun when nobody that could kill me was around, as seen in the clip you were in the middle of the base with no sight of me, and plus there was plenty of cars as cover.. if we could come to an agreement and I just give you and your org what you lost back (and maybe more), for both of us to get warnings I wouldnt be opposed to it.
