Why should this player be punished?: He/she/they broke 3.4 by refusing to put their hands up when told so by armed gunmen with a weapon aimed directly at their face, the reason given by Walnash to not put his hands up whilst his life was in clear danger was and I quote, "This is in public you cannot gunpoint me here".

I was about to put my hands up but someone else started shooting at you so i went away from you and someone killed you, You were also heavily out numbered as you can see in the demo. The person that pulled there gun out was a fair enough distance away from you. I had no intentions of breaking gunpoint and don't believe i did break 3.4 because i didnt put my hands up in the space of a few seconds, I was standing basically still and conversing with you and you then got killed as said above.
