3.15 Driving and Damaging Vehicles
Players must always drive on the correct side of the highway. Vehicles - stolen or otherwise - must be driven to the best of a player’s ability so as to avoid collisions. There may be valid reasons not to do so, where the benefits outweigh the risks. Ramming a car out of a parking space solely to claim said space is not allowed.

She said she requested the demo from you, so when you join the server it SHOULD pop up with a message requesting your demo, in which it will send automatically . If this isn't the case your demo's can be found in the root folder of your garry's mod in my case it would be here fx;
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\phdemos

So GarrysMod/garrysmod/data/phdemos
