Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 - Raided me while I was visibly un-armed and failed to give verbal warning to surrender before killing

I was playing on my switch with my headphones still on so I could hear in game, and I was shot without warning with no gun out. I did have a gun, however I did not take it out.

I was shot at around 8:55-9:03 PM EST (Eastern standard time New york) and lost a P226

Sorry for my late response, I rarely check the website.

To be honest, I didn't know killing an unarmed person will impact rule 2.5, I thought you can kill anyone whom you are raiding. Other than that, there is no justified reason why I killed him. Thus, I am sorry, I will make sure to go over the rules once again and make sure to understand them, and do my best to not do anything that will break the rules or negatively impact someone's experience.

Forgot to add. Please take into consideration that I play on my brother's account, which he used to play on the server a long time ago. So I am a completely different person.
