Why should this player be punished?: Keiran drove me over on purpose causing 3 hostages to die.

He drove my friend Seke over previously at a PD raid for no reason. We killed him for this and about 30 minutes later we had a hostage situation at projex. Keiran came in a yellow Jeep and drove me over on purpose causing me to fall down and drop my phone. If i drop my phone my org will shoot 3 hostages. Because of this a massive gunfight happened. If he did not do this, i would not of dropped my phone and we would of left Projex safely and continued the hostage situation.
