But between you asking ''why are you towing my car'' and me being gunpointed, there's no feasible time to explain why, im already under gunpoint at that time and complying to what's asked by removing the clamp and surrendering.
If you truly needed to get away why did you then reverse back to talk to me before driving away?
The time at the top shows in-game time, not real time.
Yes and it is an ingame situation that ive been told by a staff member (they are no longer staff) It is an in game sign so is based off that timing. If you manage to find it in one of the F6's from a while back also states the same. But there is also 1 that states that in External time, But why would external time that's not related to perps timing. matter in regards to a IN GAME sign and IN GAME interaction. This is the way it's always been since the signs were put there?
The 5 minute signage isn't regarding rules, its regarding law. Law and timing is an in game mechanic?!? Rules are for OOC?
If ive been informed that and have been running off that since the start of V6 with the same knowledge from staff why would i base it any differently. That means ive towed over 50 cars and given over 50 fines as PLPD incorrectly same as alot of other people in the city as others do the same?!?. The signage needs to change or the in game time needs to be corrected to account for OOC external time. Which makes no sense.
According to the logs, he had just gotten back into the car, I assumed that if you'd been watching the car to time it, you'd have seen him enter/exit/talk to the NPC with a gun on his back
as stated above i didn't see them get out the car, i timed the car being there empty. so no i didn't see no guns at the time. i only saw the car, as i walked to the car i only remember seeing the driver, not the other gentleman. Unless it was covered by the phone or i clearly wasn't paying attention.
