Why Should This Player Be Punished: He and his friends attempted to kidnap me at a public area. Then he decided to kill me seconds later after he told me I was getting kidnapped. I contacted Madda and he told me that they broke a rule.

After I get hold of all the users names and info ill be speaking to them about their actions within this action request. As true as it is that kidnapping must be done in a timely manner, doing it in a 50 second time frame is in no way, shape or form, considered 'timely'.

A timely manner would of simply to of been getting him out of the car and killing him, not yelling at him for around 45 seconds, then shooting him on a highway on ramp.
