Why Should This Player Be Punished: Both of these players broke excessive amounts of 3.4,3.6, and 2.1! It all started in the Regals parking lot when I gunpointed them and told them to leave the area because under law 11.6 I was allowed to force them off, however they completely ignored the fact that I was gunpointing them and they ran into the area of the shootout. After my NLR had expired I was called back to the Regals apartments. Upon arrival, we had detained everyone in the building for their safety and were escorting them out, Harry Doman however thought it was a smart idea to run up stairs in the MIDDLE of a shootout (3.4,3.6,2.1) which RESULTED IN HIS DEATH. On the other hand, Jimmy Melon also ran upstairs to apartment 4 in the midst of the shootout and he did get shot. His reasoning was to be their "Hostage" which in it's own sense is completely unrealistic.

-User(s) broke 2.1 - Nobody can say that it's realistic when you are willing to be someones hostage, niether standing unarmed in the middle of a shootout.
-User(s) broke 3.6 - As one of them died in the shootout and it was his own fault, this results in a breakage of 3.6, and the other person got shot and could of been killed.

Harry Doman's ban has been increased from a week to two weeks for breaking 3.4 and due to prior warnings and bans on record.
Jimmy Melon has also been banned for 5 days due a complete disregard to the rules and previous warnings and bans.
