Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4 or 3.6 - The user sped into a car head on and risking his life and completely wrecked the other car. Even though they survived he still could have died due to him speeding and going head on.

Even if the crash wouldn't risk his life (even though I believe it would) it would have killed the people in the other car. He could have dealt the situation better by blocking them off by the front, stepping out with his gun on his hands or at least slowing down to ensure everybody's safety.

I can see his logic behind it but in some ways it does not make sense, he could of killed himself and you. Different action could of been taken but considering you were armed and shooting people in some ways its justified.

I think we kinda need @Sgt.James to upload a demo, I'm pretty sure that the cop car in the middle of the road to the left may have obstructed his view, he was just going fast to try and get to me since shots were fired and stuff and I assume it just happened that he smashed right into that car. But to be honest I'm not too sure about this.

I've decided to upload some video footage from my POV;

Your accusation of me violating 3.4/3.6 is in my opinion invalid. Reason for that is that me, using my vehicle as an effective tool to stop someone who has just murdered a police officer, and who is now attempting to escape from an active shootout is not violating 3.4 nor 3.6. Since the actions I've taken did not cause my death and allowed us to stop two cop killers and allowed us to arrest the other two suspects that were inside of the vehicle.

A collision like this could of have not caused you or me any major injuries nor anywhere near fatal. (Not like it really matters anyways, considering the fact that you risked your own life to stop a prisoner transport near a scene that was filled with police officers)

Some may or may not think that I violated "3.15 Vehicle Damage", that would also be invalid as i used my vehicle as an effective tool to stop two suspects who have just murdered a police officer.

@Sgt.James acted appropriately in the situation and did not break any rules. Just like to point out that his vehicle is fitted with a bull-bar and he used it to stop the vehicle from fleeing. You can see similar situations where the police use their vehicle like this in real life.
