Add a /card command

Description of the idea: Adds a command that draws a random card

Why should this be added? (pros): we could finally get player run blackjack games and stuff like that

What negatives could this have? (cons): not really anything that bad i saw a diffrent server with the same feature

*Other additions: for instiance it'd say something like this {card} Aaron Davidson draws a 7 of Clubs

*Images: [useful images]

That would end up as a complete fkfest if you have to type /card for every card

Whats wrong with the blackjack that we already have?

And wouldn't this ruin the whole reason with having a casino?

While I see the benefits for this idea, its use would be so limited.

I don't see any harm in it though, albeit complex and limited, it could work out for some interesting scenarios.
