add a few new cars

dear rpers, im missing some of the big brands and most nice cars out there in this server,

im talking about the following brands:

- Lotus
Model: Evora/Elise
- Chevrolet
Model: Corvette

if both owned these on a different server and they look and drive amazing, i suggest adding them.
