Description of the idea: When a new report is created, A similar sound to the reply should play.(2 bings or a bell) This alerts staff if one is created if they are not focusing on chat.
Every 10-15 minutes, if the report is unhandled, A reminder sound should play. Perhaps this could be 3 Bings.
Why should this be added? (pros): Staff can easily see if they have missed a report.
Alerts staff if a report is sitting there and is not taken.
What negatives could this have? (cons): Sounds could get annoying if there are lots of reports coming in at once.
*Other additions: Perhaps have a slider in options that can turn the sound down however not completely off. For example, A Range of 10-50 would be suitable than 0-100.
