Description of the idea: Change the report system a bit so the reporter can select what level of assistance they require maybe have a drop box where you select Question, Assistance, Refund Request, or report a player and make it so helper+ can edit this after the report is submitted.
The helper would be able to see reports labelled Question or Assistance and could answer the question or go to the players location to help them maybe with a stuck vehicle when there is no RC.
Why should this be added? (pros): would allow staff to track helpers helpfulness to some degree if they go on to apply for enforcer. Allows people to ask questions in private or make it so it’s guaranteed an answer instead of spamming the /help function. It could also be used to help new players get in contact with people such as @Code Monkey who helps a lot of new players out maybe a helper could put them together or something. It’ll add more use to the reports section allowing people to prioritise and letting helpers take some weight off.
What negatives could this have? (cons): none, if someone selects the wrong reason a helper can simply boost it up a level even though the higher ranks could see them anyway.
