Suggestion Title: Add categories to the image gallery

Allow players to define categories or tags for images in their gallery, then assign tags to images to group them for easier access.
Alternatively/additionally, allow sorting the images by alphabetical order *or* date added.
Why should this be added?:
+ Categories keep better track and presentation of the images you have approved, allowing you to access them easier
+ QoL
What negatives could this have?:
- None that I can conjure
What problem would this suggestion solve?: A lack of cohesion when uploading images in orders; difficulty and frustration trying to find images (ever since re-uploading images isn't instant and requires re-approval since the removal of imgur); chaos in the image menu
