Server Suggestion add fishing boats

Suggestion Title: add fishing boats
Suggestion Description: Fishing boats can be useful at dock you could buy it from a fishing shop near the docks or beach then set up your rods and freely fish around the sea and it should be driveable, muggers could still be able to hijack the boat (just like modern day pirates)

Why should this be added?:
- easy to fish in the seas
- gives more variety to the game

What negatives could this have?:
- could be complicated for new users

What problem would this suggestion solve?: -muggers easily robbing you while fishing
- difficulties using the rods at shore

Would be cool that there's certain spots you catch new items/fish if you fish there, and the boats are really the only way to do such!

It would be cool to have a boat trailer too so you can bring it to the water with your car.
