Suggestion Title: Add more fire spawn spots
Suggestion Description: Fires work off a distance check that causes fires to spawn if no player is found. There are alot of players and they have not been added recently.
Suggested Locations:
- City Park (-11885, 8955, 1383) Potential issues: PD is right next to it. However there are no rear doors.
- Tenements (-13772, 13239, 1243) Potential Issues: N/A
- Structutech next to slums (-15463, 14030, 1220) Potential Issues: N/A
- The pond near Woodcabins 2/Point Lookout (4274, -11197, 2525) Potential Issues: N/A
- That one flat spot at hicktown (11274, -3575, 2224) Potential Issues: Hose reach from hicktown could be an issue.
- Leilos pub (2660, -5411, 944) Potential Issues: Hose reach.
- The fake shops near tidals (-9778, -8702, 1183) Potential Issues: Common shootout spot.
Why should this be added?:
- More locations for fire to break up the monotomy
- Places where fire can spawn that players dont exist to prevent fires never spawning for almost an hour+
What negatives could this have?:
- Spots can have reach/access issues.
