Suggestion Title: Add more Limo slots
Suggestion Description: Add the ability to spawn up to four Limos in the org instead of just one.

Why should this be added?:
The limo is expensive as it is and if players want to spend 7.5m+ into the car they should be able to use it.

What negatives could this have?:
People getting upset.

the price of the limo was meant to be getting reduced by @TinySlayer but i geuss it just never happened

How are we supposed to offer a limo rental service during prom season??????

The limo is obnoxiously expensive and should be accessible indefinitely by anyone who can spawn it upon buying it tbh, even if you “lose the levels” for it.

Trunk space should be larger as well. If anything it should match the Crown Vic.
