Police Suggestion Add PD Computer to Cell Area

Suggestion Title: Add PD Computer to Cell Area
Suggestion Description: Add a computer/ability to check the history of someone when they are brought into the Cell/Arrest Area.

Why should this be added?:
- It would drastically reduce the amount of load on Dispatchers and other officers
- Officers no longer have to carry chairs to check

What negatives could this have?:
- Feng shui.. I guess?

This can already be done by just placing a chair down.

Maybe if we just open up the door to the jailer's office and place it there

I think this is the best way possible right now, something like "Could you check something in the computer for me, please?"

One other thing that popped in my head is the possibility of having a PLPD app on the cellphone. That would probably make things a lot easier in the field as well.
