Suggestion Title: Add similar discussions to Suggestion form draft
Suggestion Description: When filling out the Suggestion Title on the perpheads.com suggestion form, list the similar threads like it does on non-form thread post drafts.

Why should this be added?:
- Less duplicate suggestions

What negatives could this have?:
- Maybe not possible on thread forms if it hasn't been implemented already

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Reduce duplicate suggestions
