Suggestion Title: Add slider to change volume for gov radio
Suggestion Description: Add a slider to change volume for government radio. (Bonus points for changing teamspeak as well, maybe one slider for both?)
Why should this be added?:
- The radio can be very loud
- often there is too much unnecessary chatter and I would like to lower the volume but not mute the radio
What negatives could this have?:
- more work for devs
