Map Suggestion Add slippery/ice road for map

Suggestion Title: Add slippery/ice road for map
Suggestion Description: Add slippery/ice road for winter map basically for certain portions of the road could be more slippery for car traction and its more hard to control car

Why should this be added?:
- It would add more realism and people would be driving more careful and not full speed on certain portions of the road, could be something like the current frozen lake, and it would make police chases fun

What negatives could this have?:
- Developer time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Add more realism to the road

I drove on the iced pond near the rest area and I can tell you now driving would be horrendous. Would heavily affect people driving around making it unfun.

The ice is a fun optionally novelty. I wouldn't bring it into regular gameplay like that.
