Server Suggestion Add Split & Insurance to Blackjack

Suggestion Title: Add Split & Insurance to Blackjack
Suggestion Description: This "finishes" the game of Blackjack as it currently is on PERPHeads by adding splitting (dividing two cards of the same value into two different hands) and insurance (a side bet only offered when the dealer's first shown card is an Ace).

Why should this be added?:
- Blackjack is currently unfinished without these two features
- Seriously, why not?

What negatives could this have?:
- Development time... as with all other suggestions

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Blackjack is missing these key features.

Need splitting cards SO BAD

We just don't have any interest in working on casino features over other gameplay features.
If one of us ever gets enough interest it will probably be to add a new game.
