Suggestion Title: Add strobes to pedestrian signals
Suggestion Description: Add flashing yellow strobes to the pedestrian signals when activated to make it much more apparent that someone will be crossing . Leave existing red lights so drivers being required to stop is also enforceable and clear without a necessary law change

Why should this be added?:
- People being hit by cars when using traffic signals is something that really shouldn't be happening as much as it does, and making it VERY obvious may help at least somewhat reduce them

What negatives could this have?:
- Could be seen as visual clutter
- May look off without a model update

Nice idea. Alternatively the lights could also be placed on the borders of the crosswalk along the road, like some countries recently started doing.

People had a problem with the actual screen flash, not a flashing light

I see the idea, I like it however

I just dont think many people will use it, Lets be honest most players have the perseption of danger of a deer in headlights as they get shot on a regular basis, you have crazy drivers that will run people over anyway even if this was a thing as they 0.001 seconds late for a raid i just dont think there be any need for it tho imo unless you can think of a use case?
