Suggestion Title: Add Suburbs courier drop off location
Suggestion Description: Currently you can only order packages to DIGIPEEPS and the PPS Warehouse when there aren't any couriers on duty, this is very awkward for those who live in the Suburbs/ Forest. I suggest adding one to this district, the best location I can think of is the Forest Gas Station which is nearby to both.
Why should this be added?:
- Quality of life for Suburbs inhabitants
- Less carbon emissions as I can walk to the Gas Station.
What negatives could this have?:
- None that I can think of
What problem would this suggestion solve?: People in the Suburbs having to traverse middle earth to collect their package
