Community Suggestion Add the Mugging Map to F1

Suggestion Title: Add the Mugging Map to F1
Suggestion Description: Simply add the mugging map in F1 menu under crimal activity and the information related to it so players can see where it is allowed to mug.

Why should this be added?:
- This would benefict muggers as they would have a clearer view of how mugging should go.
And give more info to players that are unlawfully mugged under the server rules so they can make complaints in the case that they have evidence.

What negatives could this have?:
- I can't see a negative side of this action.

It'd definently be nice to add. I'd suggest maybe its own tab on the f1 menu we have space. It'd take awhile to add but it would help others that are new or help clarify some issues. Nobody can claim they didnt see it as its in f1 menu. It's not a problem right now but ventually it'll get burried and become a problem.
