Suggestion Title: Add voiceline 'emotes' to the emote menu (C)
Suggestion Description: Add some basic voice lines to the C menu for people that don't have access to a microphone. This would include things like 'Put your hands up' or 'Get out of the car'. Feel free to discuss more options in this thread, there are plenty of handy voice lines to be had in perp.
It would literally be the same as the emote menu except you press a different button or you can bind a button yourself as players that already have a microphone won't need this function.
The voice lines itself would just be a TTS voice or an AI voice, whatever sounds best. I have the resources to clean up any audio files, I do it professionally so that wouldn't be a problem for me.
Why should this be added?:
- Players don't have to type during a mugging, PD situation etc.,
- Less accidental rule breaks due to not seeing chat.
What negatives could this have?:
- A lot of work to gather both male and female voice lines. (I am willing to put in work)
- More key binds to be had.
- Could be abused to spam voice lines.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: It would solve situations like the one that happened recently where a player didn't see an order in text chat, causing him to be banned for 3.4 (fair ban but could've been prevented).
It would also solve people that mug getting shot because they don't have a text chat bind and need to write in chat that the person they are mugging needs to comply.
Probably some other problems too that I can't think of right now.
