Main Idea: Basically the idea is to add usable pay phones to the map. So you can make calls in case you lose your phone, pretty basic.
Full description of the idea: It will add a new option for communication as currently the only way to communicate is VIA cell phones. For the younger readers a pay phone is this thing called a "land line" that you put change in to make a call. Along with a few other things that I will write about in the Why should it be added section.
Why should it be added?:
Some advantages would be you could make hostage demands from these pay phones so that S.W.A.T can't show up at your door ready to C2 that door away. Or if your mugged and left at the farm or forest, you can make a call for help. Instead of walking all the way to the business District (closest gas station). You could also RP that you can't talk about Illegal activities on your phone since it's "tapped'.
As for payment it could be taken out of your pocket or from your bank account much like /advert. The first 10 minutes could cost some where around 300 or 200 dollars, and you pay 50 dollars or so for every minute after that, much like the way you pay 40 dollars per meter for the taxi. 911 calls would be free of course as 911 service is free IRL.
Pros: The possibility to call the cops anonymously. With out being able to be tracked easily.
Another way to call your friend.
Another way to spend our money. XD
Cons: May require some coding. But I think the coders can handle it.
Might be difficult to track down prank calls to the PD.
