Addition of a 'Laws' button to the forums

Main Idea: Simple as it sounds really, add a button saying 'Laws' to the top bar with all the other useful stuff that redirects you to https://perpheads.com/laws

Full description of the idea: A button on the top menu that you can click to send you to the page containing the current laws

Why should it be added?:
Description: Well I don't really know why this isn't a thing, a lot of people regularly ask in the shoutbox where they can find the laws so I think it would just be a lot easier to throw it up there with all the other stuff that almost everyone on the forum uses frequently

Pros:

• Easier to access the laws outside of the game
• Easier for people new to the gamemode/forums
• Filling up that bar

Cons:

• None really

Could be useful, had a lot of people where they can see the laws when they're not ingame. Simple as it is, it still helps a lot of people.
