I think Adding Something Like Vehicle Chat Would Be A Good Idea As It Would Prevent Police Or Other Players From Using His/Her "Super Hearing Aid" 'you say " RUN TO FARM I JUST ROBBED A BANK " I think that officer would turn on his super hearing aids and listen in to the conversation.'

If you want to include windows the devs would have to go through EVERY SINGLE CAR and there is over 130

This has nothing to do with each car individually. You need to be more specific. Do you mean that you can turn on a vehicle voice chat where only the passengers can hear you? Or are you talking about written text using /car hello for example? Either way, we have a lot of stuff on our hands so this won't be added any time soon I'm afraid.

What about using /w so only who is very close to you can hear you?

This was suggested earlier this year. Stephen said it will be added, but there's enough to be done first before this as it's a minor detail
