Suggestion Title: Allow Mayor to shop in Poisson.
Suggestion Description: The Mayors job is already very uneventful (unless you have suicidal tendencies and put Sales Tax to max). That is why at least for me fishing gives me something to do. Now as a Mayor, if I run out of rods I need to either ask someone to buy me some or thread water. Allowing Mayor to shop in Poisson would allow for longer uninterrupted fishing.

Why should this be added?:
- QOL for mayor's who like to fish

What negatives could this have?:
- Don't really see how this would impact anyone or anything negativelly or make Mayor fishing to OP

Already doing that now, but it would be nice to be able to replace the fishing rod that get taken away
