Always be able to pick up barricades

When you place your barricades or cones and want to pick them up again you cant because you got too many of the category. So what about you always can pick you barricades or cones. So the road would not be filled with barricades and so.

-Do so you always can pick up barricades
Detailed description:
When you place them and you cant pick them up they will just be and filling the road

Such suggestion is already in discussion. And if i'm not wrong it already has been accepted and will be implemented in the next update.

You are now always able to pick up government owned equipment. (Keep in mind, this may exceed your current category limit, so you still won't be able to pick nongovernment items up)
