So all the animations/acts are fucked up for me, when someone drinks they fall on their back, when they pick something up they sit on their ass etc, does anybody know a fix?

You most Likely went on another server causing stuff to change, try to completely delete gmod and install it again, than download cs pack again and hop on THE server
