Hiya guys, so, I've been having this problem for awhile now, basically when someone does an action (open a door, eat, etc) it bugs out and plays a different animation? I can provide screenshots if needed

Try re installing Perp-heads content, Could be why. If not Re install Gmod ;/ If that still don't work then you just gotta deal with it. ( Use the folder content not the work shop one due it I find it being broken most times )

Thats about CSS Content, are you using the leak css content that you downloaded over a website instead of having CSS on you installed over steam?
If yes, then you are using outdated leak css content, find a new one, updated one.
If not, re-install CSS and remove all addons that you have for GMod.
