The cyber bullying will always continue even if you close your computer, cyber bullying is also irl not only on the network, it can spreat out too. Read about Amanda Todd in Canada or Megan Meier, they both became suicide because of cyber bullying it doesn't matter after that if they closed they're pc for ever.
