Suggestion Title: Anti Spam Feature from Chat Box
Suggestion Description: I believe this idea should be added because we just had a player spamming text and with it and without Anti Spam these things could happen over and over again. This should be added just for the safety of the PLPD.Online Chat box.

Why should this be added?:
- Safe
- No Spamming
- Overall no chat blockade.

What negatives could this have?:
- Slow chatting.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Stop players spamming Chat Box

Would work if you type 3 messages in less the 30sec you get timedout for like 5mins

That’d be stupid, it’d be better if there was just a time limit between posts.

Do it so you have to wait like 5 seconds to post a message so like say I post a message I have to wait 5 seconds to post another one
