Suggestion Title: Apply 'window opacity' setting to other menus
Suggestion Description: The 'window opacity' option in the F1 > Options menu only affects the F1 menu itself. The opacity/transparency effect should affect other windows such as the Police Computer, the Buddies Menu, the Chemical Table window, and the Searching Dialog.
Why should this be added?:
- Useful personal user preference
- Consistency with existing settings and windows
What negatives could this have?:
- Viewing windows as transparent that are opaque by design? Not sure if this is a thing
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Inconsistency with where the opacity setting is applied
