Suggestion Title: Being able to place a workbench near the window
Suggestion Description: Make it so you are able to place a workbench in the chemical table space next to the window at Slums & Projex. Currently, you can only set a chemical table there.
Why should this be added?:
- Quality of life being able to place a workbench wherever you please
What negatives could this have?:
- None that I could think of
