Description of the Bug: "Also apply window opacity to inventory screen" doesn't do anything

How to reproduce the Bug: Exactly as the title says.

Enable that setting in F1>Options at the top. Pick a setting with no opacity/transparency like 255, pull up the inventory with Q and see for yourself

There is a NPC dialog dim opacity. Does that not change this?
