Why Should This Player Be Punished: User decided to drive on the wrong lane of the highway which is 3.22 without a valid reason at all caused me to crash my P1 also he didn't call 911 for a medic just ran away so he wont get "In trouble" user also decided to call me an idiot in LOOC can be shown in the logs. which is 1.1

I was involved in the situation, Hitmandavey was driving my car and i can confirm that he did infact lag.
He always would drive on the correct side of the highway and he does know all the rules so this was infact a mistake caused by lag.

For example

The car you were driving goes like 40mph-is
Therefore you had so much time to make the car go straight when you're heading from bazaar towards intersection even if you lagged or not
