Why Should This Player Be Punished: So I think that his gun was in the passive position and then when he pulled it up he shot me when I told him that he was getting mugged, however my gun was in the attack position from the get go. Therefore I believe that he should have complied and not straight up shot me. I know this is going to be a very close call though so I understand your judgement.

Guess I'll just say what it was like from my perspective for what not.

I had just sold my drugs to the drug dealer when I spotted you sprinting/jogging towards me with a remington in your hand, so I pulled out my beretta and hoped that you were just going to sell your own stuff, and when we passed eachother, due to us both sprinting, you told me to stop and that you were mugging me, so then I turned around and shot you, with 1 bullet, **Lars is proud.

Lars had his gun up, I am unsure if it was in passive mode or not but you can clearly see it, it would be extremely quick for him to pull it up and shoot you. Instead of letting you mug him or shoot him, he decided to shoot you as he had his gun ready.

I recall I attempted to fire before I actually did, even if only one bullet was used, I believe this may be a cause of the issue with guns not firing when the trigger is pulled.

After reviewing both demos, it can be seen that he didn't have you gun pointed at him when he pulled the gun on you. You both had your guns out and from @Minilarro's perspective you can see that it isn't 3.4​
