Why Should This Player Be Punished: excessive neg. I joined server and instantly they chased us for 15 minutes smashing into us and trying to kill us with vehicles. We did nothing to provoke them other than making an AR on dapsas yesterday which he got a warning for.

This is clearly a revenge AR on to the original one here. However, @Kempotent @Dapsas Ramming cars unnecessarily is still a rule break, and if a situation like this occurs again a punishment will be given.
