Why Should This Player Be Punished: So i mugged him and i gagged and tied hes hands then he tryed to open the door and started talking while gagged 3.28 i dont know about anythink else he broke but look at the screenshots

As i can see you only did /me gags. That is an unavailable /me action. You need to do like /me Gags the man or /me gags the old man. You also ties him with the /me command, but you only say ties hands you need to be specific with your /me commands
You could do /me Ties the mans hands.
