Your Steam/In-game Name: Starchick / Rick Flewer

His/Her Steam/In-game Name: Oranges / John Hickman
His/Her SteamID: STEAM_0:1:43608080

Why Should This Player Be Punished:
3.4 Putting your Life at Risk:
I had John Hickman under gunpoint when he ran away, there was no other option for me to get him killed.

Evidence (Demo Required):
John Hickman is the guy under gunpoint in the alley.
Tick: N/A

Edit: Removed Tom because he did nothing wrong.

Tom Cave saw his friend die infront of him. He shouldn't receive anything.

I agree with half of your AR, he did run away at gunpoint, but I think you got ran over fair and square, his friend could have heard you or his friend from there, also, YOU SHOT HIM, AND HIS BODY LANDED IN FRONT OF THE CAR. If someone shot my mate, and then a guy with a gun runs out, I'd fucking run them over.

Clearly broke 3.4 but Tom Cave saw you killing his friend, thats probably why he ran you over.

i will +SUPPORT only the AR on John Hickman,
this guy clearly broke 3.4 and he also was stalling.

Hello!
After reviewing the evidence this is my opinion on the matter.

John Hickman:
Rule 3.4: Putting your life/freedom at risk:

User ran away from gunpoint which put his life in immediate danger causing him to risk his life which then ended in his death.

Tom Cave:
No rules was broken by this user, the person must have been waiting for his friend while he sold drugs and saw him get shot down which then after a man came out so the user has not broken any rule during this situation.

Wrong= RED

I will be giving my support on this AR for John Hickman to be punished. He clearly ran away under gunpoint and he probably new his friend was around the area hence why he ran, but he still broke 3.4 as this lead to his death and he was still under direct gun point.

Tom Cave didn't break any rules as he saw his friend die in the middle of the street, in this case being shot down by you hence why he run you over. He could of been metagaming but there is no proof.

After taking a look at the evidence you provided here I am going to support this Action Request. The person in question here clearly broke 3.4 by running away under gun-point.

The guy that was driving, as already established, did nothing wrong.

The reason that rule 3.4 has been violated is because there is still a relatively long stretch of alleyway to get down where it is easy for you to be shot before you can take some cover and potentially draw his weapon/escape by some means. When you think about the movement involved, there was no realistically safe chance of escape: the person mugging would see them stand up from their knees either slowly or by sudden movement (both risky movements) prior to their escape.
