Why Should This Player Be Punished: First he ran straight over my perimeter then i told him to turn around and drive away and when he did that he started to drive in to everything and i ran after him but he didnt stop.
Then he changed car and came back and when i told him to drive off again he ran a civilian over for no reason and drove off again when i ran after him
it looks like hes just looking for trubble
I just relized that he got banned for 2 months for something else
