Why Should This Player Be Punished: The user ran from a Minor traffic ticket after doing 2 Illegal U-Turns on the highway and kept stopping to say he had murdered someone, we had no proof that he had done this and no officers had reported him as being a suspect at the time, I do feel that he was baiting us into a response, but my car was broken at the time so I could not go after him. I think he Broke 3.4(Risked his freedom over a minor traffic Ticket)and 3.22.(Illegal U-Turns on the Highway.
