These two people towed my car when I clearly told them not to they ignored me and continued to tow it to the PD

@Super_ recently spoke to Franking Regarding his actions as a Road Crew and told him to read over the rules which he clearly has not.

After dealing with these users today for the exact same reason, they will both be issued a ban for their actions. I wouldn't normally issue a ban for this kind of thing, but they have been told twice by me today not to do it.​
