Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4, neglected risk of grievous bodily harm and very possible death as he tried to body-block a tow-truck trying to tow his vehicle which he had parked in an Emergency Vehicles Only spot by putting himself between the active machinery of the tow truck and his vehicle, Jamie then proceeded to run straight down the street after the truck. This is an absolutely abhorrent display of disregard for any sort of realistic roleplay and I believe it deserves punishment.
