for risking their lives upon him getting arrested for no cooperation (while being gped) (2:30 onwards) and thereby risking their lives for unknown reasons (I never said his charges as I wanted to charge him for Not complying with LEO and driving recklessly)

I was involved in the situation that lead up to this; terry had a BOLO placed on him by Dai John as he had escaped an arrest and had assisted me with multiple murders. If you got his name you should've arrested him.
