Also, 911 came of their own accord since I was police, plus there was no 911 call.

If you tapped w it would've only given me a short red, but you instead plowed into me, plus this was after a ticket.

After reviewing the evidence, it would appear that the vehicle was not moving fast enough to immediately kill someone so it seems more like a bug that killed you. Additionally as well, a 911 call was made which demonstrates that the incident was accidental
